    1. The Promoter of “Hidden Gems of Elemento” is: Courtesy of the Artist, Shop 122- Level 2 The Strand Arcade, Sydney Australia. ABN 73 111 663 426

    2. ’’Hidden Gems of Elemento” competition begins at 10am on Monday the 2nd of September 2024 and closes at 4pm on Saturday the 2nd of November, 2024. (Australian Eastern Time)

    3. Each numbered ‘Passport’ from Courtesy of the Artist, act as your entry into the “Hidden Gems of Elemento” competition.

    4. A purchase of any item ($25.00 and above) at the following 3 venues is required between September 2, 2024 to November 2, 2024. You are then required to have your ‘passport’ stamped once with our official ‘ELEMENTO’ stamp on the page of each corresponding venue. (a) Pendolino: Shop 100, Level 2 The Strand Arcade, Sydney. (b) Restaurant Leo or Picco Leo: 1/2-12 Angel Place, Sydney. (c) Double Deuce Lounge: 6 Bridge Street, Sydney.

    5. The Promoter will draw the winners of each prize at the Opening Night of the ELEMENTO exhibition outside ‘Courtesy of the Artist’ Shop 122, Level 2 in The Strand Arcade at 8pm on Friday the 8th of November, 2024

    6. You will need to be present on Friday the 8th of November, 2024 at 8pm to claim your prize. If you are not present, the prize will be drawn again.

    7. Prizes will be drawn in the following order. 4th prize, 3rd prize, 2nd prize and finally the 1st prize.

    8. Prizes cannot be exchanged and are not transferable for cash.

    9. Employees of the Promoter (& their family members), are not permitted to enter the “Hidden Gems of Elemento” competition.

    10. The contact details of each entry, will be used for marketing and promotional purposes but will not be made public unless agreed by the entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to share entry data with the prize promoters and participating venues of this competition.

    11. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

    12. One entry (Passport) is permitted, per person. 

    13. Entrants must be 18 years old and over.

    14. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
